incognisance4293: The bug was very known to everyone in the zone. I reported it myself (20 mins after patch drop), but even by then people in shout chat were spamming and saying they were abusing it. Thousands of items were duped (probably more), so if they didn’t act that quickly it would’ve seriously harmed the content.

legreeniris: The book glamours seem fair, they all start as Arcanist and then still both use books, albeit with different geometries inside them if you were going to be a lore stickler. As there is no other job that branches off quite in the same way, I do not see why other jobs would want to glamour other weapons.

kitsunehanyou09: Iirc, the reason why they haven't done weapon glam yet has more to do with weapon animations. Since ACN, SMN, and SCH are the same weapon model, it wouldn't conflict with each other. The others will need more consideration on their part

0Fyrebrand0: I expect the Summoner/Scholar book thing was probably a natural side effect of unlocking cross-role glamours, since those jobs are based on the same base class and use "Arcanist Arms." I bet it would have been more work to NOT allow it. But since the portrait system is still based around your JOB, that explains why they won't appear in portraits.
