Zasurein: Letting people skip the MSQ is the worst thing that could happen to this game. I know hes only here for raiding and is out of touch with the playerbase, but to the vast majority of people playing MSQ is basically the game. The game just isn't built around endgame and most skippers just end up quitting. I don't want idiots who dont know the story and no investment in the game piling in.

VioletShinobi: The story hasn't been getting good. It's returned to minimum acceptable quality... Imo it's still pretty meh compared to what it could be... But at least it's not hot dog water like it was.

Zoltri: On the topic of maps, instead of just harder content, I personally wish they leaned more casual and just realized.. the PvE is totally pointless in them so instead focus on minigames.

Like, I dont know anyone who goes into a map and is excited by the idea of killing waves of goobers that dont do anything.

The thing that's fun about maps is picking a Left or Right door, High/Low, etc, and trying to make it to the end. The encounters are not even on that radar, it's the minigames which determine your progression, and I wish there was more focus on that.

But beyond that, Make it a GROUP event. Currently maps exist in imo the stupidest state where the map owner makes all the choices and everyone else stands around and watches, just hitting monsters until it ends. It's frankly fucking awful design.

Encourage group wide participation, make fun, social based mini games that are way more frequent.

Imo the current version of maps is like, 10% of that systems potential. They could do "So" much more to make that system a core pillar of what FF provides rather then having it relegated as a shitty after thought and brain dead slop content.

Enderlinkpawnu: for the V&C menu, I actually think it's separate because it's the menu you select your variant actions from, not because the lore entries are there. So I would do this.

- move the menu to change your variant actions into the "Actions and Traits" tab. Maybe give it it's own tab in there, or have it sorted under the "Duties" subcategory; Similar to how they have it for the phantom actions.

- Move the variants and criterions into the Duty Finder

- Move the lore entries into Collections.

There, problem solved! We used pre-existing game infrastructure to remove a pointless menu from the game.

luna_theraider: Honestly love the Trust thing because of the sheer amount of times Y’shtola has killed me in a god damn boss fight with 25% left and then I have to restart the fight from the beginning is enraging. Mostly doing the trusts to get gear to desynth or get rare drops without disturbing others. Sure there is unsync but sometimes. I feel masochistic and wish to suffer through the whole damn dungeon.

Magflyer: I don't mind the maps having an increased difficulty, but the rewards should benefit everyone and not rng. But we all know it'll be another materia reward system.

Vendetta444: The map changes usually mean there is 1-2 new items added to the newest map while the rarest drops of the portals gets added to the lower map. Meaning the solo maps actually have a decent lootpool by the end of an expansion.
