I do enjoy cosmic exploration. I do like the exploration part, although I feel like the crafting gets a little boring after a while.

BaghNakh1: If the next stage of the relic weapon coming with 7.41 is another glowy one, I guess we should assume that it's going to follow the same structure as the Manderville weapons (4 stages), where the third stage was also glowy and fourth one was the last stage, so at this point, if we're getting the third stage with 7.41, I would assume last stage will come a little bit after last big DT patch, so 7.5x maybe?

mas8705: Can’t help but ponder what exactly they will have us do next. While I’m glad the steps have been more involved than they were previously, part of me wonders how much involvement will come from OC since this last step kind of bypassed it completely. That and as much as I’m trying to pus forward with the grind, I am finding myself taking more and more break from 14 and the repetitiveness for the moment. Maybe 7.41 will grab my attention fully again, but I guess we’ll see why awaits next week.

As for the tools, I’m curious how much of an improvement the tools will be over what we have since if I had to hazard a guess, the tools themselves should surpass what we have right now (albeit with Materia, they may still fall behind). Still, I went through the trouble to get all the crafter tools maxed out up to now and hope the next evolution could give that incentive to go all out for overall better stats.

Either way, looking forward to the next update.

BOFH_: My prediction for the relic step is something Eureka-themed, but not necessarily requiring Eureka itself. The pattern so far is they theme a step after every expansion for the one-time step, and then have us spend tomes for the repeatable step. So far, we have had ARR with the Atma grind, then HW with the crafting and Light systems, now we are probably going to get some kind of grind similar to the Anemos crystal grind?

julaizaya7946: Any idea what will be the ilvl for the relic weapon?? Next week I will get the ilvl 780 weapon from the tomes so that would be a shame (imo) if the relic weapon is weaker than the one from Solution Nine.

akridx5712: The problem with cosmic exploration is that the grind just aint worth it. Like on the moon, I was all for it, got all the rewards. But the grand mount you get is just a reskin of the white mech suit. So underwhelming. Then, on Phaena, the next planet, it was just more of the same. I just skipped out and bought all the rewards on the market board. So if Oizys is the same, it's better to just save up gil to get what you want. Im no hardcore crafter and gatherer tho so idk. Most people like standing and doing the same thing for hours on end with little progress.
