holo_val: I feel like an Il Mheg deep dungeon concept has potential. I can totally see the faeries making one of their "games" to create an endless dungeon that you get lost in, and it would have a completely new and novel aesthetic to the dungeon design that would set it apart from the others.
foxmaz: Love FFXIV. Been playing for 11 years. But the fact that each patch is predictable for the content is showing the biggest issue with the game. They really need to change the formula and think outside the box to keep things fresh and engaging.
kaleiohu: Beastmaster has been strangely quiet since announced so I'm hoping to hear more on that. I'm also kinda hoping for another Variant Dungeon as a casual without a static, but I know that's probably a long shot. PF is just too chaotic for me to care about content that can't be solo'd or casually qued.

JaskierArt: I like the alternate story aspect in ultimates, so it would be cool to get scenario where Fandaniel is stopped before backstabbing Zenos, and we fight Zodiark with Zenos at it's core, as he planned.
MisoSouperstar: I hope the Verient Dungeon takes us to Abalathia's Spine. We went to the sky islands above it, sure, but we never got to see the volcanic home of the Hellsguard. Would be cool to flesh out that bit of lore. Second guess would be Blindfrost, just because a certain Ascian mentioned it

Edit: If I were suggest a location for a new Variant or Deep Dungeon, I'd love to see somewhere in Dravania or Gyr Abania get some additional love.
We've had additional content to take us back to Othard so I'd appreciate a chance to revisit a different area that might not have received as much attention from recent content.
Taikomo: My prediction: the patch will contain exactly the same content as all the times before. As a bonus another job will get gutted. Red Mage is probably on the line next since it's now the hardest caster.

Draylin41: I'm hoping they expand the Alliance quest hub to have one of the other levels of Jeuno after completing the raid. As for where we're actually going in the raid, I would love to see one of the other City states or even all of them appear in reference to all the Dynamis runs many of us did in FF11. Since Prishe will no doubt be tagging along it would be great if it ended in Tavnazian Safehold and have her give us an after-raid lore dump about her home. As for Deep Dungeon, I think they could make a really fun one on the First. I always enjoy getting another reason to go back to ShadowBringer areas.
kupocakey: I'd stick the deep dungeon and/or variant dungeon on the Crescent Isle. I don't think there's technically a reason why the intro quest finding the island couldn't serve a dual purpose, and then you'd have the entrance to the content somewhere in the phantom village (perhaps the main tower we haven't really done anything with?)
South Horn was super-story light, and we're basically not getting any more of it until 7.5, so this would be a way of expanding it.

SigmaTheWhiteFlame: I know this is like next to Impossible, but for I'd like a Warring Triad Ultimate with Kefka mixed in there. I just have this image of Sephirot punching Sophia's scales while Zurvan dives across the platform. Then when you defeat them Kefka absorbs them.

iceman3317: They need to add more than just PVE. A lot of us don't like Deep Dungeons or don't need them. We don't like Savage. We don't like chaotic. We don't like Ultimate. And we don't like treasure hunting with pve. We need more non PVE stuff. This game is becoming a PVE only like WoW became. We need more games, things to do outside of PVE and PVP. We need more updates like the Ocean Fishing. Also for Beast Master, they made it very clear that it wouldn't be until late. Most likely it will be a 7.5 or 7.55 thing.

MMOPC78: One idea for a deep dungeon would be The Abyss in Ishgard. There has to be a bottom to it. Exploring that could be wild.
Strider_Shinryu: Really curious to see if they'll actually make any changes for the new Deep Dungeon. Orthos kind of fell flat, especially for longer term play, and it really feels like they need to mix the formula up a bit (though to be honest the FF14 team isn't often the best at mixing things up).
And that also connects to the Variant Dungeon system. The concept is great but it needs a bit of work or reinvention to really make it sing (especially, again, for longer term play). If the new DD comes out in 7.3 it feels unlikely that a new Variant will as well.. but if it doesn't that will leave the patch cycle pretty bereft of combat content that the player base as a whole can partake in. We don't need just more content for the hardcore crowd as DT has been overstuffed with that already.
Oh, and didn't they basically already say that BeastMaster would be late in DT? So if you're expecting it before 7.45 you're probably just asking to be disappointed.
ExiaLupus: The deep dungeon will release in 7.35 and Beastmaster will release in 7.5.

naotohex: As much as I liked Cod, its very rough that a single death can cause the entire raid to wipe. The coordination needed to navigate such a big group is too much.
I havent found a single clear group after the initial few weeks due to the player requirement and how punishing it is.
