You MUST Watch This to Protect Your Power Armor Fallout 76

revittitoe: If this happens don't quit.

Open the PA frames inventory, Unlock your armor if you locked it, Remove the armor from the frame, Then log out. I did this the 2 times it happened to me and I still have my Legacy and Raid PA after being affected by the Bug. Hopefully this helps.

kevinmcgrath4347: I would need in-patient care if I lost my PA.

maca9095: but hey, chainsaw bug was the big priority for bugthesda and they fixed it in less than a week

wicked06sti: This fucking game I tell yah

FaultyTable: Next hotfix be like:

"The team is aware and is working on a solution for a future patch"

two shot nerfed

Cx4storm23: I took the risk yesterday and put limit breaking on my last piece and nothing happened but I do recommend doing two things when you do use your power armor take the core out and put it back in and enter your pa with a weapon out i haven’t had the other bug that freezes you in place in a month by doing that

tommo4096: Ive lost 2 sets of PA since the last update but not from modifying but just transferring to stash box

Man-vs-Metal: The first day after the update somehow my torso got pulled off the pa frame and I accidentally scrapped it.

GremlinSciences: Not really a new bug, it's an old bug that has resurfaced because they messed with how power armor is handled when placed. The interactions with the power armor station have been bugged since launch and they've been deleting* power armor until actually fairly recently.

*the armor sometimes returns on it's own days or even weeks later, with no action taken by customer support or the devs, and usually perfectly intact.

>To avoid losing armor simply remove all parts from the frame before interacting with the station, that way even if the frame gets stuck and deleted you do not lose the armor and can place it on another frame, you'll still be able to modify the armor as long as it is in your inventory.

>You can also typically avoid the issue by using the "Craft" interaction and flipping to the modification screen instead of opening the modify menu directly.

>Avoid using power armor stations in interior spaces (eg, shelters, Rusty Pick, Whitesprings Mall, Gleaming Depths), those are more likely to experience issues.

CountryRds_WV: They won’t rush to fix this at all. They only care about it if it is a bug that benefits us.

prince_julius: I haven't seen a single video with proof on YouTube or the fo76 subreddit of this happening and them not finding the Power Armor in their Stash again after logging out and in again. I've only seen people who claim this to be true but did not reply to comments, or they said they did find their PA back in their Stash after logging out and in again. On Bethesda's Discord there is one person who has sent video proof to a Community Manager, but their video is only of the PA disappearing. I'm not saying it absolutely can not happen, and Bethesda's bugs can be very strange, but I would take this claim with a grain of salt.

Toeknuckle39: would they be able to compensate us for that I imagine we'd have to give him a description of all the mods and everything I doubt they would go to the trouble

aqhfgdl: This game takes one step forward and two steps back every week with their patches.

joereid2016: All I know is it eventually showed back up in my stash box

RenVolkert: I have been modifying mine and it was fine. The only issue I experience is I cannot rename the PA chassis anymore..

TobiUwO: Strange enough im using power armor almost any time, moding it etc and i dont have such issue from day it started happening

DavyKrankit: When are they gonna fix the mission where you have to dress up as a clown and throw the pies of the people it’s been like a month and a half and that shit still bugged

eduardosolorzano2162: NOOOOOOOOOOOOO MI EXCAVADORA CON PROPULSOR ....pero no existe alguna forma de recuperarla ? estaba poniendo la última pieza de reflector

PolloSenseii: So is this only for legacy items?? I've been modding my armor a lot to test stuff out & and haven't been affected..

KING_SHOTS89: TY for the heads up Smashy.

ericsonico10: Appreciate the heads up! For now just going to repair my PA as needed and that's it. This is utterly ridiculous but not wholly unexpected unfortunately. Not only did the chainsaw flamer get nerfed into the ground but in exchange we got stuff like this.

I agree with you, if players lose their PA because of this they should get compensated in some way.

coelhovii2716: Oh but they sure fixed the chainsaw. That was sure priority number 1

paulporkster: Meep to the meep, awsome pawsom smashy

dustaluphaegus: There was a video of a guy who spent hours trying to recreate the bug and couldn't, I doubt it's as wide spread as ppl would have you believe

sirBigus: HYPE!

ThatBugBehindYou: Don't worry everyone they will definitely be fixing the two shot explosive "bug" they know you all have been very concerned about it.

MusicaPaMi-s4t: I lost an Excavator Power armor with Jetpack
