Krishnath.Dragon: There are also a lot of coolers in and around Morgantown, so if you are in the neighborhood anyway, it is worth checking them for Bait. Also, if you are in the Toxic Valley there are several dotted about Wavy Willards as well.

Basically, most larger locations have a few, so it is worth looking for if you are in the area anyway.

Now I just need a few more rod upgrades from the daily quest so I can start hunting for the reclusive Axolotl. I am farming Improved Bait in the meantime.

jackswonderfulnightmares: You can also just make a new toon, start at level twenty. Fast travel to your buddy at the fisherman's rest. Do the first quest, drop the improved bait and the plans for your main. Delete the new character after your main picks up the drop. Then rinse and repeat. Got all the plans pretty fast doing this andalso received a heap of improved bait.
