One more thing: As a solo player in power armor (who feels really squishy in non-PA) and is uncomfortable with low-health builds, I could really use a full health build (non-maxed-out legendaries) that rocks most of the content. I struggle with finding anything on YouTube that doesn't have some dude or chick showing themselves in 3 - 4 star armor and 3 - 4 star weaponry with maxed legendary perks. For example, yesterday, I failed trying to defeat the guardian in phase one despite copying various recommended builds to the T for the umpteenth time. But that's not my main gripe. I may be level 355, but it certainly doesn't feel like it. I heavily rely on my cursed holy fire for survivability despite trying out sooooo many weapons recommended on this platform. And most builds show everything with chem and food buffs. And now I realize I sound like a noob despite having 1001 hours in the game. Lol. But yeah, a full-health build for mid-level players would be awesome.
