I use the world activity menu (on the bottom left of the screen) to go to different vendors, I fast traveled to a vendor, and died of rads, because I am human, (chose to opt out of the ghoul game)...Maybe they can put some type of symbol next to vendors camps that are radiated, to show us humans that we are traveling to a radiated camp...
