hendrixtyner: I always thought the first impacts were caused by china (seeing how you find the submarine in boston, all be it still stocked) then you had vaulttech annihilate shady sands with one of their own nukes. Given how a majority of the vaults were unfinished/understaffed, it’s possible they were going to eventually but just got beaten to the punch.
