seatle117: With full set of overeater's you need 33 luck, which means legendary special 2* luck mods. In your build u don't crit every 2 shot, it's a huge amount of lost dps. The only reason you can kill en06 in one rotation is the new perception perks.

ExiliaOwO: i went with a VATS'less heavy gunner ghoul as i preffer not to burn through my fusion cores in a couple of hours after running raids but that build is still based on the heavy gunner build version 2 so props to ya westek
