dundercontrol: 76 is one of those games where you wonder how people are stupid enough to continue to buy into this scam. It's a mid MMO with a fallout skin. It's got awful microtransactions where gameplay boosts are locked behind paywalls and it's not even close to the level of polish or fun a proper fallout game has. Releasing fallout 4 coop dlc would have made way more sense if you aren't a greedy rat. Don't even get me started on the AWFUL voice acting. Mods for fallout 3 have better fan voice acting than any of the bland, and way too diverse characters that litter the wasteland, that don't help it feel alive

flakes1972: Some notes from a semi serious 76 player:

- Some weapons and armor max out at level 45 instead of level 50, no idea why - But they're essentially the same as level 50 in other weapons and armor. If you're level 50 or above, you'll always get the highest level of gear available when it drops from enemies or event / quest rewards.

- Turning back into a human from a ghoul in 76 is strictly a non-canon thing, it's why it's relegated to an atomic shop / menu thing and not referenced in the game at all by any of the characters. It's messy, but not lore breaking.

- The Leather Jacket you fancied on the one NPC in Highwaytown is called the Enforcer's outfit, you can get as a reward from the Atlantic City expeditions.

- The new area also has two new public events. I agree that it's kinda lackluster content wise though.

- Game balance has been overhauled semi-recently so your heavy guns perks aren't really heavy gun perks anymore

creeperkiller9k975: You don’t actually need fallout 1st for the scoreboard you can spend 1500 atoms instead which I mean isn’t great but you can get 2000 atoms from the scoreboard, obviously though it’s a big commitment to grind all that.
