WarheadWarden: You can get more out of laser rifle if you switch to ultracite laser (bit more base damage) and you jack it up even more by using crit damage 2 star with hasty capacitor. (No further benefit from fire rate legendary. It caps out with the capacitor and can't shoot faster)
