arocker216: I’m very disappointed that we can’t add legendary effects to it, I agree that I think it’s a downgrade to regular harpoon and that’s already relatively not a great weapon overall. It’s built in reload speed bonus replaces a 3*, the cryo stuff while cool just feels like a 2* level effect, but nothing really replaces a 1* effect which is by far the most important. Quad as you said is great, and also furious is amazing especially if running reverse onslaught, and not having either kinda kills this thing for me. Even though I love slow firing heavy weapons, I think imma skip this thing

BB-nm6oz: Missed opportunity. They really need to allow these special weapon/uniques to have legendary effects even if its fixed. Also they really need to mix up effects we essentially have a cold shoulder in harpoon version. They could have a triple shot effect, etc
