GremlinSciences: For the Hellcat power armor, you don't need to talk to Regs specifically, all of the faction bullion vendors sell the upgrade plans. Samuel over in Foundation is of particular note for any ghoul players since he is the only one not in a faction interior and thus the only one that can be accessed without needing a disguise.

For Union power armor, you can actually speed up the grind a bit by running an expedition in the Pitt first every week when the challenges reset. You get a rare reward for your first completion each week, weighted based on the completed expedition, by doing an expedition in the Pitt first that gives you a chance to get crafting plans for the Union power armor. You still have a chance at the plans from Atlantic City expeditions, but the odds are lower; the Pitt expeditions are longer, but it's only one run a week that can give that reward so might as well make the most of it.

resolutogamer4859: Could there be a new guide to surviving in this world, showing where to find showers to remove radiation since new players don't have items, which cards help with weight control, Things that can be done in the initial stages to improve quality of life.

I know it's important, but it's heartbreaking when the guides start talking about distant places on the other side of the map, I'm a beginner and I'm not very focused on ultra end-game stuff.

roseflowers7641: I still use T-65 because of the resistances. I have Vulcan but the resists aren't as good, then again I rarely use PA.

Plissken50AE: T65 inst worth the grind! That "high" resistances inst a big difference. It's only 2% - 4% Energy and dmg reduction.

Don't waste ur time and gold on it!

Played 76 for over 5000 hours and I have hundreds of hours in every power armor so believe me and only get the T65 if u want to collect every power armor but for using it chose one of the others in this Video.

rebeccataylor9594: I have all the power armours, but I still use Union for everything. That 75 carry weight and 150 poison resistance, just for wearing the full set, is too good to pass up. Although Vulcan is a close second for the bonus power core duration and gimble bracers; especially if I am doing a VATS build.

maqsud101: I have vulcan and hellcat what I didint like about them not what their stats or anything they can't be tradable after some point you just scrap or selling them to legendery vendor. Example I gifted my exevator power armor to my friend who is new player and I can craft for myself new one too.

cyberash3000: I use vulcan with tepibleshooters for en06 union for the rest of the raids and for nuke bosses. I use t51b for headhunting and every day. I use steangler heart for ecenrs with lots of mobs

Emya-i8g: Now Vulcan armor parts are specific to certain parts of the raid. Not sure of the exact details but the guardian will not give all the Vulcan parts

oldgamergamesthings3335: this list is for pvp and raids...for pve ultracite and hellcat is more than enough...raids even if your in a group....but if your bored do this list.

ghillie2626: I love Vulcan but by RNG was so bad that i killed the guardian over 100 times pre nerf and did the raid over 52 times before getting calibrated shocks.

RRedQueen: I think Vulcans is way better than t65, all the power armour and t65 are A tier , the being the highest , but Vulcans is S tier, the resistances on t65 aren't much noticeable but the vulcan ap regen and core draining less is a huge difference

TapiocaSS: LOL, i have lvl 265 and still didnt get Excavator armor, or unlocked expeditions, and only now i'm close to go to Vault 79 and finishing BOS questline xD

petrgalko4152: They should add PA with no RAD resistance for Ghoul players. Now, I know you can by pass this with toxic goo, but it would be a nice quality of life and would add a bit more diversity to the Ghoul gameplay
