Edit: I hope that the atomic shop doesn't allow people to accidentally pay for these items again if they already got them from gold bullion plans. Also i hope you're not allowed to accidentally spend gold bullion on these plans if it's something you already bought on the atom shop.

Until you complete Secrets Revealed, you can't even see Mortimer in the Crater Core. Not mentioned. Likewise, with Regs at Vault 79... Not mentioned. Many of the best gold bullion items are hidden behind faction reputation. Until you have friendly or ally reputation which is a MAJOR grind. Can't just click your hesls and you get it all. Don't be lazy. Don't shoot from the hip. I appreciate you putting yourself out there, but do it right. Good luck, have fun and don't die in the Wasteland (too often...)!
