FragileBranch: This has got to be tied to the "active cell" / "stat lock" issue. Test it like this: When you login or switch builds, MAKE SURE you're in a group before you fast travel away. Then, repeat this, but fast travel away from your active cell before you join a group with a mutated teammate. Since the stat lock only calculates caracter-state bonuses in that active cell, it's probably treating Marsupial's jump height (and other mutations like Adrenal Reaction bonus) the same way as Nerd Rage, INT-scaling buffs, LUK-scaling buffs, etc.

garyisfat: my health has been bouncing up and down to the point the nerd rage perk noise will trigger multiple times per minute

The bad news: Bethesda revealed they can screw up perk cards without you knowing if they don't tell you and more perk cards are now on the fritz

130592hieu: Theory is, u have to team up with other human or ghoul to have it work properly( at least 1 of other 3). Test it out if u can but im pretty sure this is the case.

hughejasse1: Initially I thought it was something with Marsupial since I would occasionally get over encumbered for no reason and then the next moment my weight would flip back. I was also having issues with jumping; most times couldn't and then I would seemingly fly into the atmosphere. However I'm also seeing more PA lockups and my jetpack not working since the last patch so I guess we have a new set of bugs going around.

agrape2887: I did notice my carry weight flip flopping, also sometimes i wouldnt be able to make jumps that i know i can otherwise make

777onster777: I thought i was the only one experiencing this issue. While running the Breach And Clear event i noticed I could no longer jump to the top of the drill to access the priority hornwright boxes anymore. Instead I had to jump from box to box to get to the top. I've checked my perks and status effects several times and don't see any conflicting mutations or perks that would cause this.
