dynastyjumpzz: I thought the same at first when I saw the perk changes but now I dont think it will change up the meta. It is pretty much only great for non meta weapons because they are the only ones which cant drop mobs instantly, meta weapons or just good ones are already doing that. By the time you crippled a raid boss you could have already killed it. The only place where this build would be good is against the world bosses but they arent worth doing at the moment

tomsmith6379: I use plasma caster with furious, crit dam, crit charge, polished reverse onslaught build. I look forward to the crippling build cards paired with the 75% torso damage card.
