Azalin4savioR: Fast Traveling while overencumbered is a perk card they changed. Originally it reduced fast travel cost by 30%, now it lets you fast travel while encumbered at an increased cost.

PitFriend1: In order to fast travel while overencumbered you need to have the Travel Agent perk card equipped. That was a change to the card, it doesn’t reduce the cost to fast travel anymore.

raymondtaylor3516: The over encumbered fast travel has always been able to start an expedition and then fast travel to White springs no matter how heavy you are.

So keep an eye on it changing if that is the case.

sharrykitz9231: If the spot is free to travel to then it costs nothing even with 1800 pounds. So you can team up for fast travel with storage characters for free. Put down a tent, activate camps, have a friend go to the location and the travel is free regardless of your carry weight.

gordond8: FYI: I almost found out the hard way of this new "feature". I was not wearing my PA and I was WAY overweight. luckily, I noticed over a 1000 cap cost when attempting to FT, if I was tired or not looking, I could have "wasted" a lot of caps
