It will be even more tanky and give a constant 30 hp and ap per second to offset the elemental defense of aegis and powered.

mjasax: Unfortunately nothing's better than limit breaking for 4th star. I have a full set of LB, reflecting and rejuvenators. Each has it's use case (reflect for en06, rejuvenators for 4th stage regen) but for dps boss killing nothing beats popping a super stim and coffee and doing crits every 2nd shot with limit breaking. With powered on the 2nd star and sentinels on 3rd star you will have the most dps, ap regen, and decent tankiness. If you're not using vats you're just giving up damage, even with all the buffs to ADS perks. The only use case is enclave flamer for en06 cause of 1. The robot being stationary ensuring every shot hits and 2. The combo of easy target and tormentor, centre masochist and smart shot all massively boosting damage on the torso. Every other situation vats builds will be better (and you can easily solo en06 in vats anyway).

MrHardCore24606: Currently running Covert Scout full set of Lucid/ Agility/Reflex paired with the evasion perks like hyper reflex is amazing. I almost never take damage and if I do then lucid reduce reduces that damage by 30%.

davidsmith1732: Tip for all of you. Gather AT LEAST 200 of any armour / weapon with the new legendary effects on it before you scrap any of them to guarantee the plan drops for you

LuggageStardate: Even as bloodied unyelding with all the carry weight reductions i still get overweight and could never play like this. Still have to use food for carryweight for the game not to be unfun.
