Andrea-B-65-UK: There is a VATS issue that mainly affects Spooky Scorched, although it can happen with any enemies... Even with a 95% hit chance in VATS it will be a 100% miss with every shot. Just double click your VATS button to fix it. This bug only happens during Scorched Seasons. The Legendary Treasure Hunters Season etc aren't affected by it unless there is also a Scorched Season running
