prince_julius: Nice video! Power Armor Reboot Scout's Banner = you can survive a Stalker's one-hit punch! Life-saving on (power) armor and EMT from a nearby team mate also work. You need two out of these four active. There is a Flag icon next to your other status icons bottom right if one of the effects is in cooldown (varies between 1-3 mins).
