okchief420: So, your perception is higher than 6 which means you automatically get concentrated fire perk card which means you can unequipt it and free up 3 spots and use other perk cards. Try it, unequipt the perk card and go into vats. You'll still be able to pick limbs that you want to concentrate fire on.

EleshNorn-ui1eg: I've been wondering if using Blood Sacrifice with all the evasion perk cards would be a good idea. Since you don't use AP for vats, the evasion perks can just drain away your AP while you don't take damage and not worry about it. Kind of another failsafe from dying. I know they don't work in power armor. I'm sure there is some build that would find that useful. Maybe a human bloody commando?

mydarknessdays1589: To be honest there is better build without blood for vats, u can just change magazine of plasma to fast one to use 6 ap per shot, damage dont getting affected by that because if your damage is 6.5 higher than resistance of enemy, you don't need penetration, I installed one 4 star which recovery ap in vats, idk English name of it. Yes, vats ends, but once in the fight with robot and I either have 4 ap recovery second star so I get full ap back very fast and killing a robot in less than 1 min without any buff or food, I am a ghoul but not using glowing in this build. I only added card to the luck, ghoul card to get more damage, and endurance ghoul card to get shield fast with radiation. Without any food and buffs its do 2900 of damage per crit to the body of robot. And no problems with vats cz when it ends it recovering very fast, I just need to be not in vats for 3 seconds while I am in solo fighting robot. I dont wanna leaving bad comment here, but really, blood sacrifice is not the best way. You just cant play normally with this build not in raid, or u will always going out of stimpacks or not using vats in normal game at all. Either this blood sacrifice dont let you to use any other build without changing leg card. Its light be fun, but this build is only for robot, because if u going normally to the raid with team u will cant do deffence on second stag, just u will killing yourself with sacrifice and one boolet from enemy to you. Ofc if I was not a ghoul I might dont even need this vats recovery just because I would have more ap, but I use lots of builds and on my level there is nothing really funny except playing different builds every day and fishing in radiation without protection costume
