Shopping CartPeteorama: I heard from reddit that if you don't want to use your wanted poster immediately, you need to put it in your stash or else grunt hunts won't drop another.
Can anyone confirm this? I have had one on me and I haven't had another drop yet so it seems plausible.
MagisterCobb: I paid once for a Head Hunt because I wanted to see what the game mechanics were like. The next grunt hunt, I got a wanted poster, haven't paid for one since. That said, public head hunts pop up all the time. In my experience, they tend to go VERY fast! Agree on the point of not starting a hunt that isn't yours, just a common courtesy. Great video, love this new mechanic, getting so much legendary loot to be had!
erinfecik2612: I've learned the Lucid Mod from scrapping
volks-jager: what else to do with caps??? they are more or less worthless end game. problem im having is people with broken builds are one shotting the boss and it bugs the Head Hunt so it fails
-Jka-: As a vendor - yes I do purchase them to avoid hitting 40k max cap limit. Personally, Bounty hunts have put a lot less traffic to my vendor sales of legendary weapons. It's like having a big super market move in locally. Which is fine because now I'm thinking of stopping selling legendary weapons and instead just sell 'star mods'... and of course equally builds up cash ... which is why I then shell out the 5k to avoid the 40k max caps cash.
You have to also make sure when you do the grunt hunts that you put the existing Wanted Poster into your stash box, so you can stack them up. If you have an existing Wanted Poster , outside of your stash, then you can't purchase new ones. Then you can go nuts doing Public Bounties one after another
FluffButtWolf: The best thing to do is to hoard the wanter posters and wait until they do that one event thing that was leaked where you can get 4 stars mods and weapons and a higher chance to learn the new legendary effects and get boxes
DadBroMan: I scrapped so many items and learned a few mods which was awesome
ronaldkohlerjr1605: Ive run about 150 grunt hunt myself. Only learned Rushing. The RNG is horrible on the new mods Also ive been saving my wanted posters in my Stash Box until i reach level 100 on the scoreboard.
jaypazole4086: Thank for the information yet again
sunny_paradise3935: and for the people who enjoy fishing (like me) you can get improved bait by repeating & helping in head hunts - think you get 2 per; before I had about 80, now im sitting around 167 bait. Does take a awhile but you’re grinding for legendaries as well so you’re set !
Shun5869: I didn't know the posters were available for purchase I thought they were rare drops for the grunt hunt
timothyhouse1622: I noticed the new mobs are bullet sponges. And the poison ones can kill you quick. I've died so many times to them in helping with head hunts.
Peteorama: I got really lucky and unlocked Pain Killer first try, nothing since then though. Seems I spent all my luck on that one...
Not really sure how useful it is lol, maybe for a low health build.
On PC/Steam if that matters
Pashymyna: I get a wanted poster like 4-5 grunt hunts, I don't see the difficult on head hunts, I've done a couple of them on solo with the modifiers and I haven't had any much trouble. I run vats elders Mark with nocturnal PA, most encounters without sneak damage, I think only one head hunt I had to change to Gauss mini. They are beefy but not difficult as some are saying. But still great activity.
wulfofsteel: They NEED to make a Bounty Hunter team.
thenakeddwarf8031: Another way that helps to sneak up is having Chameleon on an armour piece. It makes you invisible while not moving.
jmoss1305: These are so much fun I hope they add more depth to them such as rare rewards , more bounties, and 4 star bounties. I usually do grunts until I get a poster OR as soon as I hit 35k caps I buy one just to stay above 29-30k for aristocrats build.
danirizary6926: I was on a server last night that had nearly uninterrupted Bounty Hunts. By the time I fast traveled to my camp to unload, another had already started. I started only returning to my camp or tent when I was badly overloaded
alenmack3471: If you’re lucky, you could get the Sniper legendary mod since you get a ton of legendaries from the head hunts.
Grady-Yeshuan: Yeah, I felt like a heel when I launched the flare the first hunt I went on. I didn't know any better.
JMC5519: MAY have a little help? Brother, on a public server, I've NEVER seen less than 10 people show up
mjmj4707: Wanted posters have a 20% drop chance from grunt hunts. Also, run 10 to get to 2 star grunt hunts, then run 50 to get to 3 star grunt hunts.
beastcakes1737: Quick question is it best to have a casual public team or a hunters team since you always face legendary enemies for more xp
CoryKretschmer: Sneaking? I solo the hard bounties as human low life melee.
ervinetcheson7212: Like your stuff but dude, literally a 2 min video would have sufficed here
Mr.GlazedDumbo: Still don’t get the lore reason of paying for head hunts
