ademturan7137: Blood Sacrifice is the only Full Health Human build I play, otherwise all my other builds are bloodied Human. Blood Sacrifice is incredibly powerful and in my opinion one of the most powerful if not THE most powerful VATS build out there. All it needs is a weapon with Vampire as it's 1* and Conductors as it's 4*. Faster Fire rate and Vats Optimized are a must too, for vampires to recover HP back fast enough together with the conductors effect on crits. Armor should consist of 5x Limit Breaking to crit every other shot, the 1* being Overeaters, 2* being Endurance and 3* being Sentinels to reduce incoming damage sources as much as possible. I sit at ~800HP with my Build so I can infinitly shoot and the Vampire weapon still does very good damage at 11 furious stacks and 10~20 Bullet Storm stacks. What makes this build so OP is the constant infinite critting every other shot without the need to spam canned coffe. You jusf Vats an enemy and start shooting them to bits. It will eat fusion cores in PA tho. It can be played on a normal Armor aswell, but the medic pump on PA will keep you alive should you ever fall below 50% HP, with Born Survivor coming in clutch should you ever fall below 20% wich happens rarely. So medic pump is a MUST on the Torso to being able to infinitely shoot in Vats.

I can solo the Ultracite Terror with this build in under a Minute without wasting any consumables or having to min max buffs trough chems and food. Just the build and infinite vats critical will melt Ultracite Terror in no time.

Here is a calculation to know wheter your weapon can sustain itself in vats or not (and wheter you can go for pin pointers or if you should add conductors)

Take the Gauss Minigun for example. It has 11AP cost. Now you need to apply 50% of that AP cost and turn it into HP consumption. Since the game always takes lower values to make the player have an easier time, that would be 5HP. Together with the 11HP thats 16HP per second. To compensate the Gauss Minigun's HP Vats drain with Blood Sacrifice you need at least 800HP for the Vampires effect (2% HP on hit restored) to keep you alive and your Health topped off. OTHERWISE if the HP cost is too high you need to add Conductors on it, wich gives you 10HP to play with.

I hopped back on for this update and realized they really screwed everything up. I can't go anywhere on the map because my stash weight is almost triple what it was. I wanted to come back and play, but I realized my game is toast now....So I'm done. I don't even know why I continued to pay for Fallout 1st while they destroyed the game for me. It's sad

elvatodelosbichos: i made this build i tested with 10 mm smg and Gatling plasma a key part of that build is vampires and high accuracy, low ap cost and medium fire rate either way the speed is more the hp recovery combine with full tank and the amount of damage taken and the use of hp is lower and slower than the recovery

Beanzzi: the downside of this build with power armor is they drain fusion core like water

DarcShinobi: Dont share this. Event enemy spawn killing is bad enough. Now a level 500 and parallel fly next to a scorchbeast and solo kill the queen. Players are getting more and more selfish by not allowing anyone else to tag enemies. And with the new players and returning players because of the second season of the show, its a bad look for the game.
