ParadoX-6891: Only fusion cores causing this bug, you don't need to drop plasma cores

- This fixes Power Armor glitches as well. If you find you cannot enter PA or if you have cores but show zero power and/or AP is stuck at zero while in PA, drop the cores you have on your character and it fixes the problem...for whatever reason.

prince_julius: Yeah, some of the workarounds in this game are crazy. Another fun one: to prevent yourself from getting stuck when entering Power Armor, make sure you're on level ground, put a Fusion Core in there via the Transfer menu if necessary and then... look away completely before entering. That's it, that's the trick. Haven't found a solution that consistently works for getting stuck while exiting, though (aside from waiting).

aseroxd: Actually this also help with the power armor glitching out as well. I rarely get issues since I've started dropping the cores and picking them up again.

wrinkleneckbass: Does anyone know why when you search a dead enemy, try to hit the button to search all nearby enemies, it won’t work until you look away and then look back and try again? It happens so much.
