Fallout 76 PTS Update 11072025 Devs Are Listening.

ProfessorLink64: Okay who told Bethesda that the 10mm SMG needed a damage AND fire rate nerf? Come on all 10 of us still using the thing don't deserve that.

michaelenglish6028: Honestly the biggest issue with prime ammo is the fact you need to change the receiver, if some kind of system like NV where ammo can be switched out of a workbench it would make a big difference (also prime weapons should drop contextual ammo of the normal ammo at the least so rounds can be converted to prime as well).

cookie-_-crisp7191: Ultracite ammo as rewards for Daily-Ops, Raids, and Expeditions instead of contextual? That would be my suggestion.

birbidboxer: I wish they would increase the camp budget even if its just a little. I cant even display all my fish since my budget is full. They add so much stuff for the camps but the budget stays the same

Excallius243: "the devs are listening" they sure are, doesn't mean they're making the right changes at all LOL

ramensoupfreak9433: So why go through the trouble of farming the ingredients for ultracite ammo if it is going to have the same damage as regular ammo?

What are you doing Bethesda?!

BuenoMcgurski: Is anyone letting bethesda know we need a tool (like nuka nades) to kill enemies stuck in walls, causing events, quests, expeditions etc to fail?

jdgustofwinddance.7748: Ten thousand more caps limit, form of caps credit when we max cap, chem box storage, apparel storage, search bar in build mode, search bar in stash box, grace period after events so we don’t accidentally instigate pvp.

Bandit0313: What’s aggravating is that they want every weapon to perform on par or just about the same as each. Why?! What’s the point of having unique weapons or upgrading weapons to hit hard and even try at all if they’re going to be the same? If you put in the time and resources for something, you expect to be a hard hitter. What a joke.

CaseyHarMegiddo: Woah woah woah, this aint Bethesda. No way theyd be listening.

adamdennison1406: I think Ultracite should have a 75% damage bonus to scorch and 10%-20% armor piercing while having the same base damage as hardened receiver.

GWMsharpshot21: The biggest gripe from me is with the 50 cal HMG the barrels are backwards. As a avid military enthusiast the barrels bugged me so much the heavy barrel mod is actually the light barrel and the default barrel is the heavy barrel. Because the heavy barrel in game is the aircraft barrel for the 50 mg it's shorter and has air cooling channels and is significantly reduced weight to be used on planes like the p51 so the barrel in game should be reversed imo and heavy barrel dmg increase to default barrel and current heavy barrel should reduced overall weight of the weapon. Also the ammo box on the side should be 300 not 250. It's just bugged me for years i know devs probably haven't been military in any aspect but still M2 maw deus is a iconic gun. Also the default barrel is like 20 pounds heavy

EleshNorn-ui1eg: I"m truly bummed out about the Prime receivers. The boost to damage gave us more variety when it came to builds, IE not having to rely on crit builds, and the scarcity of the Ammo was a good thing. It got people trading ultracite ammo for a very short time. Anything that gets collectors and traders going is a good and healthy thing for the game. Prime weapons should just be for boss battles anyway, and you get decent amounts of flux for completing them to compensate. You shouldn't be wasting ultracite ammo on the daily kill 5 molerats...

Krain420: Give ultracite ammo armor piercing, critical damage and punch through like they are doing with the arrows.

flatmarssociety5707: give the ultracite ammo a unique tracer trail thats green instead of just being the same as all other

Bandit0313: Their form of listening is in one ear and out the other. So they’re keeping ultracite ammo as a drop, but they’re nerfing the damage to be the same as other receivers…they’re completely missing the point. There once again would be zero use to using ultracite ammo if they’re just gonna hit the same as other receivers. So once again, great job Bethesda (sarcasm)

toddsolid9291: I want legendary enemies to be tougher and have legendary effects to make them harder

yurigroenkan: Good news about that the devs are listening.

feloniouseve: Ultracite ammo absolutely should do more damage than any other type, its end game stuff. Thats what we work towards. Imagine being a new player, do all the stuff to drop a nuke & beat the queen, then you realize the reward you got is no different than what you used to get to that point in the game.

bdusel01: On the Discord it's been nice to hear from Charlie that a LOT of the combat tweaks are still being worked on.

havokstrife7094: Stop nerfing weapons, simple as that!!!

mattl9641: Nerfing ultracite is the WRONG MOVE if they make it so its even with other recivers then its usless because who grinds sbq nowadays? Why even use ultracite anymore after this?

AA11rcher: Bethesda pls give us a bigger CAMP budget

MadratParallax: Idk, I kinda liked how Prime Ammo felt in the PTS with how strong it was. Crafting the ammo was easy, thanks to the raid and SBQ events dropping plenty of stuff to craft it, plus perks.

Plus so many people hoard stuff then never use it.... but whatever. Guess I'm the odd girl out. lol Not a big deal in the long run.

TheTwoTwoForReal: "Devs are listening" just like the devs of Blizzard.

Atzros: "dominant choice, discouraging players from experimenting with other options" I mean, you get the plans from an end game boss, it SHOULD be one of the better choices; If you want players to test other stuff, then buff the weak shit.

Empireoflegendsjointoday: okay so if prime does the same as harden whats the point of primed ammo
