This game is so easy anyway, there's no reason to limit what players can wear or use, from an aesthetics point of view.

StormMTM: The ss is loosing 1 strength and gaining 1 perception. It's going to make a lot of people angry if they loose their bonuses and have to buy/re-learn and craft them back on their already existing underarmors. The need to have some auto migration for your existing equipment.
