And we really haven't had a cultist focused DLC yet so if they are gonna expand the map and give us a cultists DLC I cannot wait!

clydedenby1436: For several seasons, during each Mothman Equinox event, there has been a lone drone surveying the area on the left side of the map-across the river. During the last instance of the event there were three drones. A minor detail, sure, but interesting anyway.

linkloudenback8359: With Fallout 3 being remastered it could be possible that it and Fallout 4 are somewhat adopted in to the game along with this area for expanded areas. Fallout 3 and 4 technically take place only a couple of hundred miles from the current location and we got Atlantic City and Pittsburgh as added location. So it’s quite possible that they might give us even more expansions then just Ohio.

NovaC075: there is also new boss coming, 'The Drifter' that has been found in the PTS files. If I understand correctly, it will be part of an event or raid that will take place at West Tek and to trigger it you'll need a keycard which appears to have a chance to drop from events, expeditions, daily ops and raids. It's too early to say now from where exaclty becaue the loot loot sources haven't been set up properly. It might be related to that 'big update' in December that was teased a while ago. There are already assets in place, including quest related sprite animations, music, dialogue and a new location. Presumably that's how you are able to get the plans for that SS Settler Armor, the 3 unique weapons, there is a smoke grenade and the new 4 star effects. Possible there is more...

stewartmacwilliam7160: My guess it that the Cultists (Followers of the Winged One) are rebuilding the bridge so they can attempt to find and eradicate The Enlightened.

As a legacy off the First Priestess of the Wood, the Cultists seem to be able to grow and shape dead vines, and are using them in the project.

The new questline in the winter expansion will most likely get the players involved in this conflict.
