Errowl31: The "effect" that destroyed your camp is the endless sonic scream. If you check the patch notes it was reported as fixed by the devs.

PriMoRaizel: It's very scummy for an ever-changing online game to introduce the new limited 4-stars and give people months to grind for them and equip them to their weapons/armors and then retroactively just "fix" them, making them essentially useless in the case of Pin-Pointers. Scrip costs increase for each legendary mod you add to your equipment which is a STUPID mechanic when they change how everything works every second month. I'm not using polished because its a freaking chore with faster breaking guns so i guess the choice for weapons is, conductors universal 4-star for Vats, bully's for non-vats and polished for all those that dont mind the annoyance and pyromaniac/vipers for those niche weapons and scenarios.

It apparently wasn't a problem during the PTS. It clearly wasn't a problem when it went live, so this is just a nerf for the sake of making other things feel stronger.

dynastyjumpzz: I disagree with Adrenaline becoming a must have because in most instances where you are actually able to stack it the mobs die fast so you dont need the bonus damage anyway. You can stack while doing the world bosses but they arent really worth to show up to anyway and stacking inside the raid where it would be the most useful is almost not a thing. So 2 dead perk points most of the time
RaDav1d: Idk why they want to nerf stuff so much, my favorite part of this game over the years has been to steam roll stuff and min max my builds. I understand tuning like in the legacys case but nerfing stuff that people enjoy to these extents is just not good for anyone.

pabloescolar_: The rework to the perks is how it should've been from the start. It's so much more interesting now compared to boring 20% damage to a gun type, hyped for this patch!

Dead_Pool_Rising: Some of these changes are really good. The change to adrenal reaction doesn't make any sense to me, though. Why do we need a mutation to do what a perk card already does but weaker? Also, nerfing dodgy doesn't make much sense to me either. This is going to make the raid much more annoying to do because we can't get stacks on kill there. Non-power armour bloodied builds are already sruggling with survivability without conductors as it is. This is not a good idea.

lunarhexagon8108: dont know.. having huge card changes every update now makes it just so demotivating to even make some really good build, I dont say changes are good or bad, but that basically next update maybe another batch of perks will be completely reworked, star effects nerfed..
while it would be really nice to either ALL damage work same way (so either all is multiplicative, or additive), or at least game tells you which thing really works which way
TheSirk47: I thought since 4* effects are so hard to get that they would be godlike... this is just sad... the 4% of veterans doing raids with maxed out builds... and imagine getting a 4* effect only to realize it's not worth the time lol... anyway I'm getting my set done and never touching raids again... it's simply unplayable unless you get a team with end game veterans...
