nathan43082: Sadly, if you are someone like me, who tends to reload after each fight, Bullet Storm is a net loss.
PitFriend1: So the Light Machine Gun can’t really use this unless you make it Quad or Two Shot so it has enough ammo to get a couple stacks of this before you have to reload. And lose the stacks and start over. This new thing seems really overcomplicated for what little it does.
NathanSyncox: Turtle, you're just fantastic. Your videos are so valuable to me. The information is so helpful. I dont comment much, but youre a real gem and we're lucky to have you!
saschaspringenberg4698: "Cool" ... old Big Gun Perks now work better with a small arm Shotgun, than with the flamer. Great job, Bethesda ... great job.
teipkep: Does that mean pepper shaker with x16 projectiles are good with this card? Did you test that?
FreezeFrameYT: I think that it would be better as a "every x% of the weapons magazine gain 9% extra damage until the weapon is stowed or reloaded."
So instead of basing it off how many shots you have to have in a magazine being 30 to even gain one stack, it could be more like "10% or magazine capacity used gain 9% damage"
So a weapon that only has a few rounds in it (Missile launchers, plasma casters) can get like 25% extra damage every shot
bubbajoe1902: So heavy weapons like plasma caster telsa cannons launchers, etc. gain no benefits at all just needed
genocidestomper: Strength has all the best perks it feels, but I don't have space because of all the weight-related perks under strength
SamsonOfOld-Gaming: The bulletstorm perk is total garbage
littlecommissioner: are they going to buff enemies? players are so OP everything dies instantly
BakersfieldParanormalServices: so I had a full set of full modded exactly how I wanted it excavator power armor I've had for years now is my daily power armor had it yesterday when I was playing got on to play a little bit this morning and it's completely gone it's not in my inventory is not in stash box and I'm not wearing it and I have shut down the game and went to different servers multiple times and it has not reappeared if you look up Fallout 76 power armor disappearing apparently this has been going on for at least 5 years people have been losing their power armor in different ways it just disappears...... needless to say iam fuming mad
Sergeant1127: So, for Guass minigun is Two-shot, Penta barrel the best option? Or Furious, Tri- barrel better?
name_it: In tool making, we call this overengineering. (-_-;)
Alan_Dler: Thanks for the video mate tbh with you i am still not intrested in this shit. i wish bugthesda spend more time fixing many bugs instead of this.
MentatMan222: I’ve been playing Fallout 76 for years, and I’ve always run a heavy gunner build it’s what makes the game fun for me. But this new update feels like a huge step backwards. Nerfing Bear Arms and removing what makes a heavy build viable (especially in terms of weight reduction) really limits the way players like me can enjoy the game.
I understand the devs might want to encourage balance, but forcing everyone into specific metas like quad or two-shot weapons feels restrictive. Not everyone wants to play that way and we shouldn’t be punished for preferring different builds.
Being over-encumbered constantly is already tough with heavy guns, and now removing the perks that help mitigate that just makes it worse. This change takes away a lot of the identity and viability of heavy weapon users, and honestly, it's discouraging enough to make me consider stepping away from the game.
I hope the team reconsiders this update. Fallout 76 has always had room for creative builds don’t take that away by punishing players who’ve stuck with certain playstyles for years.
Tattle1: This seems like an oversight. I'd not be surprised if this gets fixed/nerfed later on.
lumfan2: …tune in next week when the spanner will one shot Earl and all the guns will be nerfed to same damage as a can of fish.
net343: This is straight up bs
Amizul-i5n: idiotic mechanics...
dtuck1980: So Bullet Storm is for players using automatic weapons that hold down the trigger or weapons that use more than one bullet per shot. Me using a high dmg weapon that kills in 1 or 2 "bullets", I'll probably never get a stack haha. Thanks for the video!!!
beastabuelos6421: This seems like it's more geared towards shotguns now. They are missing the point entirely. As it stands, things like the plasma caster and cryolator are being left behind. This is so stupid
AlejandroVillalobos-f7l: cant wait to see what crazy builds we are going to be able to make next patch! We have onslaught, crippling, and bulletstorm to fit into our builds now!
flyingpotatoes9444: This is such an awful change. Not only do you need to use up 300 ammo before you finally get the full buff, but you lose all of it on reload. That's so incredibly lame. The heavy gunner change requires 500 ammo as well. So all miniguns without quad literally will not be able to benefit from this. They should have never changed the cards from what they're at now. I literally just got back into this game last week and now I'm going to stop playing again. What a ridiculous nerf to heavy weapons
PhaserRave: Still not a fan of this effect and some of the other changes. They just don't feel good to use, and one of my favorite weapons is weaker.
Dmaster2k: Two shot adds an extra projectile to the attack. For most weapons, that means 2 bullets coming out, but for shotguns it's an extra pellet. So not as good on shottys as it use to be near the beginning of the game where you got a whole extra set of pellets (from 8 to 16).
Rorschach1998: The weapon benefiting the most is Quad Gatling Lasers, that will give you 2500 shots to work with.
Guatdefook: Thank you for testing a two shot penta barrel.
