.50 cal > 20% base damage buff compared to live
LMG > 12% base damage buff compared to live (on the new 5.56 receiver, .308 will be stronger)
Gatling Gun > 30% base damage buff compared to live
Gauss Minigun > 18% base damage buff compared to live
Minigun > 21% base damage buff compared to live
Flamer > 45% base damage buff compared to live
Plasma Caster > 35% base damage buff compared to live
Cryolator > 27% base damage buff compared to live
V63 Laser Carbine > Base Damage and AP Cost reverted back to same as live
Ultracite Laser > Base Damage reverted back to same as live

COLDFIRE_0284: Glad to see all of this. I know we are still somewhat early in the PTS cycle but I was getting concerned with the direction they were heading. At least they are opening to feedback and coming up with compromises that still address balance issues without completely alienating the player base.
Here’s hoping that the cryolator is finally a usable daily driver option again.
lastwolflord: I think the bullet storm changes are good...just not for Heavy Gunners. Because you still have to have a quad to make it useful. I use Holy fire and cremator. Neither one of those will be getting their 60% in attack power back. That also goes for all missile or grenade weapons. So good change. Just not for Heavy gunner. and the 5 in attack power increase for a flamer isn't going to be the same thing as a 60% attack power loss from perk card changes.

chads-vasc: 25 ammo for one stack is still too much. Should be like 10. And the restriction to not change weapon is just a stupid mechanic. Not fun

bekfistwolf8248: Imo prime should be at least slightly better than hardened for the most part, I kinda liked the way the firerate went down and the damage went up for a higher overall dps.

loryt690: well they fixed the update, anyway bow again don t get any love, bow isn t any colse to break the meta, you can t even use it in pa so why not buffing the perk to 90%? at least it is actually usable till the buff from cards is no more
