markmitera4521: In regards to your response from Bethesda "customer service." As you may be aware, Microsoft laid off thousands of employees earlier this year. These were customer service employees over many of the Microsoft owned companies, including Bethesda. Your response was a cut and paste response, the overworked person, if it wasn't AI, that responded to your question used the wrong quick insert in an effort to close out as many tickets as possible in order to keep their job. You can expect this level, if not worse, customer service from any Microsoft owned company going forward.

malaizjandejesus2779: I have 4 camps in Burning Springs, I also have the repair Protectron in 2 of those camps and I haven't had that issue. My other 2 that don't have it, I get the random destruction of my camp.

qball21206: I did have a camp get destroyed randomly yesterday. It just all the sudden blew up (camp not in BS)

stepheneddington1667: Another case of Bethesda not communicating and telling the players about changes and bugs and then responding with the 'it's a feature' bs. Since the game came out, it was always a part of the game that random attacks could happen, but reports of whole camps just exploding is definitely something else I think.

rebecca767: Even in the old zones my base constantly gets damaged even an areas where there's no normal spawns of enemies your base acts like an attraction to mobs

BaltimoreActual: Pretty sure this is a bug in some sense. Doesn't happen to me in every server. If u change weather you cant even see dust storms and I've taken damage even with weather change. So annoying lol! Sadly the repair bot doesn't fix things that are already destroyed and I've had things get destroyed in a matter of seconds.

ShadowShaBoink: I recently made a camp along the forest side of of the Ohio river, and was jumpscared by about 75% of my camp blowing up. Honestly I thought it was from the cars in the packing lot right next to it since they seem to randomly blow up too, but no. I had to go gather materials for the parts I didn't have on hand (mostly copper and crops).

So far it nothing seems to be blowing up now that I have a repair bot up. Except the stabbed arrows and my punch/candy bowls, not sure why those ones are still blowing up. This shouldn't be happening, I'm not even in Burning Springs :/

Local_Dirtbag__42069: I was pretty confused when I’d come back to my camp and everything is destroyed. I am of course a whale and have tons of scrap but at the same time I have that because I’ve collected junk obsessively for over a year. I don’t think it’s very cool to have to keep repairing half my camp every couple hours of game time.

ragabashmoon1551: I once had Rockstar do that. I asked them about how to remove a message from someone who blocked me immediately after he sent the message so I was stuck with "1 unread message" on my account. They told me how to change my avatar, and about 3 other things that were totally not what I asked about before finally 3 MONTHS LATER finally telling me "Oh yea if they blocked you then you can't read or delete the message and we can't do it for you."

biostemm: They seem to have patched it out today - nothing in my CAMP has been destroyed since - apparently it came from an Ogua power/attack? If it's tied to weather, isn't the clear weather station free for everybody? I also want to add that I was using a weather station, and still had CAMP items destroyed, so I don't think it's tied to that. I haven't lost a single CAMP object since the patch earlier today...

zextrix: i use clear weather stations in all my camps and my raider camp in the new region still blows up

Rhyan1337: Ow so this is why my dog has not been showing up! Man i just ended up putting a cat down instead but i like my mongrel i thought it was phasing through the floor or something. Ill have to put the dog house back down hopfully my good boy will come back.

Degraded1: You burn thru water and food also in that area.

RedonkulousCaptious: I mean, Im just not going to camp there. Theres no reason too. Theres a million places too build near free fast travel points, why the hell would i bother with something that is just a resource sink when there are no reasons or benefits too, beyond new backgrounds?

justinmoore5258: i have the clear weather station up and parts of my camp still get destroyed randomly. 3 days ago i was putting scrap away when my scrap box, ammo storage weapons bench and stash box all went boom in front of me

lethalninja4298: My camp is right on the opposite side of the river in the Forrest region AND I have the clear weather station and my camp is still constantly breaking.

joe-j5s: This absolutely destroys my camps in the Forest area. Even with snow weather generator and repair bot on. I moved to the cranberry bog because of this bug.

grimwolf235: Ive noticed the "clear" wether station did not pervent damage at all, i ended up geting the santa helper repare bot.

drakelance7182: When I played I made each of 3 toons original camps and never moved them for any reason. But logging in to find main toon's camp half gone was enough to make me quit

Atlas-hu9wk: If you don't have the atoms you screw then? I don't have my camp in the Burning springs yet it gets damage despite not seeing enemies.

arloracc: You don't need to pay atoms for a weather machine. I'm pretty sure Samuel at Foundation sells the Atlantic City Fog weather machine. Or Mortimer at Crater. I'm not sure which.
