Purpl3Fish_TV: I haven't even touched the game in months. Every few weeks I gotta relearn my build. Crap that used to work no longer works. Now fishing? Really? Really? This is an online looter shooter not a cozy game. This is what happens when only one group of people is loud on Reddit and in forums. "They" turned this into a cozy game for V-tubers to stream.

steveanchors4134: Fear not, players. I have it on good authority that next season will be "Color the Wasteland". We'll get to scour the map for rare items to craft special paint, then brush it on a special wall, where we have to sit and watch it dry. Brushes can be upgraded by completing pointless daily challenges to earn mods. They are also working on "Cultivate the Wasteland" for a future update. Again, you scour the map for rare seeds to plant, then sit and watch them grow. The QTE will be to then mow the grass at just the right moment. Of course, you can upgrade your mower by (you guessed it) completing additional ridiculous daily challenges to earn mods. What's not to love?

I can't even COUNT the amount of time I've wasted going through hundreds and hundreds of items on those stupid pull-down menus that don't even make sense half the time, like finding a perk buff item under floor decoration... just give us the ability to SEARCH for something we know we have.

Please, Bethesda! This would make building SO much more user-friendly for those of us who have way too many skins and extra items after this many years...

Snaerffer: Fishing is ok I guess … certainly better than the ghoul update. What makes me more annoyed is the constant changes to Perks and weapons, which mean I have to relearn the various options and test combos out in order to get my builds working right again. BORING and totally unnecessary!!!!!

Prisoner1O5: Thanks for checking the buffs and nerfs BUT, I fear it will all be changed again soon anyways so there’s no point. Just tired of trying to build characters with constantly changing mechanics and perks and legendary mods. All while pvp remains busted with stacking.

real_meep_meep: I don't find fishing to be fun irl so ofc that translates to the game. I'm doing it just to try to do the challenges but my heart ain't in it and that kinda sucks the fun outta it. I'm also a lil salty that I keep reeling in dirty pillows and toothbrushes lol

joeldiaz1378: What sucks is that not only you fish but you fish for junk too. Waste of baite. Put me to sleep. Be nice to see fishes jumping like they do in rdr. You can fish in any water some places has crystal clear water you see no fish.

mrbobajango7482: I've completed every season since the scoreboards were introduced back in 2020 and I've now decided to quit the game. The content they release is just not enough to compliment the stale seasonal model anymore

xprestonx: I think the main issue isn't that fishing exists, that's fine. But it's that it became the content for the whole season. It should have just been a side activity alongside the actual seasonal content. Turning it into the seasonal content is why it has become overly grindy, has dailies and weeklies etc. and has made it less fun because it feels so forced on people if they want to make the most of the season. It should just be a little optional side activity for people who want to do it like it is in most games that have fishing.

PyroTheGunner: I love the fishing update its preety fun it brought me back after the ghoul update and I like the free rewards in the challenges section

MajorHolyNight: My main problem is I played for 4 hours I did every event I could and improved bait barely drops. I ended up with like 6 pieces

GreatCanadianBob: I loved fishing in ESO, even had a fishing clan. Still waiting for them to let me build a bicycle. I can make guns, armors, power armors but I can't figure out how to build a bike to speed up my travels.
