Not even Todd can be believed. Remember when he said that mod support would come to Fallout 76? The only time anybody should believe Bethesda is when the outcome is bad for gamers. For example, in the lead up to Starfield Todd Howard repeatedly told gamers that he's always wanted to find a way to get modders paid. And if you guessed the obvious, that Starfield would be a barren development as a service game, then congratulations. You have a functioning brain and know when Bethesda is telling the truth.

AlysandirDrake: Any game mechanic where you would seriously consider paying $30 to help deal with, or rolling multiple alts to deal with, is a bad mechanic. It literally doesn't matter how good you are at playing the fishing minigame if you have to have improved bait to have even a chance to see desirable fish. That is simply bad design disguised as a time-gate.

endangeredspecies8441: I noticed your luck also effects the fish you attract. I raised my characters luck Stat and my encounter rate for higher level fish improved. I hope this helps

LoneCanadianPoet: Don't forget to equip that LUCK perk card "Can Do!" to increase your chances when in the Galleria and you are farming those fridges for Improved Bait because that card will really increase your chances of finding more bait.

Kamil0san: It seems like every container that had food spawning in it before the update has now a chance to have improved bait in it, many if not the most of the fridges had usually junk in it and no food, so you should rather look for those small lunch boxes.

candycoatedchump: yeah, should have been a scoreboard thing I also have fallout 1st, I didn't need to get it but man it was so nice not having to lug around literally millions of rounds of ammo

scjdg: I agree with you, I mean if they really wanted to make a money grab without pissing us off, they should have made it top level on the season board. People would buy levels to get such a reward fast, however separate exclusive, I can live without it, the Fishing Minigame already pisses me off with it's lousy controls.
