ATerribleFate.ButAGreatStory.: Despite it being an April fool's joke, this wouldn't be a terrible idea all things considered. Mixing the players pool between humans, Ghouls, and Super Mutants. It would make the game feel a bit more diverse, not ESO diverse, but at least attempting it.

Mancy_Brew: Obsidian literally planned on making playable ghouls and super mutants for New Vegas, but they were strongly discouraged by Bethesda due to how broken the engine is. Plus Obsidian had a ridiculously low amount of time to make New Vegas anyway.
