Dead_Pool_Rising: I don't see much point in maxed action boy/girl when packing light exists and does 25% for 1 point. Might as well just use that and 1 point of action boy. You'd get only 5% less AP regen and save a point. If you really want to use the 3 points just do 2 of action boy/girl and packing light. You'll get 10% more that way.

leiferiksson1785: With five power mods on armor, packing light and action boy/girl maxed out and company tea as herbivore you can get AP refresh from empty AP to full in around 1 sec only. That is extremley powerfull and S tier for sure. You will not make it without action boy/girl as it gets more powerfull in this setup. It becomes exponential and is then the most S tier of all!

mjasax: I would argue that even when you are not running a furious weapon you want as many onslaught cards as you can fit, solely for the 1% weak spot damage bonus per stack - multiplicative damage which no decent build can forego. It's one of the strongest damage multipliers in the game and unfortunately it's too good to pass up, regardless of the weapon prefix.

It's a tight squeeze in the agility column but I run all my quad weapons with onslaught cards, mr sandman, escape artist and 1 point covert op for bosses (only the ones you can actually sneak with, otherwise I'll have 2 points of modern renegade and 2 of enforcer), and swap in adrenaline and gun fu for mobbing.

AP regen cards are unusable as there's no room, and there is canned coffee, company tea, conductors and grim reapers sprint as solid options to keep you topped up.

I know the stacks display on the screen when using Quad or what ever. My understanding is you just don't get the additional 9 stacks from Furious.

lunarhexagon8108: goat legs is S tier for me for simple reason, I dont run PA or effects those would give me other immunity for fall damage, so I got space for other things, and often when game lags and you are jetpacking around, it just shoots oyu into stratosphere, this is for me always most extremely noticable in mothman equinox events when it happens nearly every time, so it do save healing items and saves me ofen from death by fall damage, all because game dont work properly, if game would work properly and random jetpack malfunctions didnt happened randomly, it would be maybe even lower than you put it to, but since they reworked goat legs, I cant imagine playing this without it
