Fallout 76 Nothing Walks Away From The Combat Shotgun

Nathan-tp2kw: Dude try explosive and fractures. Its a touch weaker but everything gets one shot anyways. Its a blast literally, created the build update day 1 and its been so much fun.

Papahops2943: I like how everything can be crippled now but I don’t think dangerous enemies like mirelurk queens and deathclaws should drop down and lay there after one shot. They should limp towards us and still be a threat.

beastabuelos6421: I've got 2 combat shotguns, 1 with explosive that's ultracite and 1 with faster fire rate that's automatic. Both fantastic. Take a look at the gauss shotgun. Using it feels like I'm committing a war crime. It's nuts

jonhunsinger5976: I've been running two shot with explosive 2nd* and fracturers on my gauss shotgun gun. I have been getting up to ~550 per pellet, it's really great!!! Really liking the new combat updates!!

Mesm3r: For something like the combat shotgun, if you’re looking to do pure damage(given I do run a bloodied unyielding build) I modded mine b50c15r pinpointers. I tried it with limb damage and here’s the thing…most of the new crippling cards only take affect on the second shot onwards and I’m looking to one shot enemies so I tried the 50crit and pinpointers and got even better results and I put the night vision scope on just to increase vats accuracy and it’s definitely a fun project weapon! Also for the perk load out, just my two cents but I wouldn’t bother with love the spread as I don’t find it worth the perk points, better off using something like arms keeper or barbarian, trade guerrilla for gunslinger as weak spot damage results in more damage, swap out party boy for tenderizer and maybe spiritual healer unless you want the bonus to alchohol, swap out center mass for ground pounder love the video though man keep up the good work!

modelbaumok9210: Blunderbuss 20 explosive, around 500dmg per shot and harder enemies instant leg cripple. Veeery useful for this pistol because reload time. Double shot The black powder pistol is worse, and the worst is this legendary pirate pistol, very inaccurate.

Hopefully explosive splash damage and even more crippling with the two star effect?

michaelmcdaniel786: Ive been maining a pump shotgun since this game came out. Why oh why we never got a decent pump action in this series is beyond me, but we finally got some love for them!!!

PunkRockZombie205: Mutants would've been better now that it goes to 50%. You wouldn't have to worry about having max health and food buffs up. Or even aristocrats if you run on full caps usually

dekay7829: I have a question: Why do all streamers use the Center Masochist perk card and still shoot at the head and not the torso?! Please don't tell me it's only for raids! I tested the perk card on the super mutant myself and found it to be useless. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

SamuelTillett: Just a heads up, you're doing too much limb damage. Limb damage doesn't apply directly to an enemy's health, only to the health of each limb respectively. Explosive works wonders by applying bonus damage and limb damage at the same time, whereas the prefix is really just preference (I prefer Furious with reverse onslaught). I've been hitting over 300 damage per pellet without criticals with my combat shotgun, and when applying the same concept to the pump action and double barrel, that number gets even crazier. I think the highest I've seen on my double barrel was nearly at 700 per pellet, without any consumables other than your everyday psycho. No food, no stealth, all shotgun.
