tm-ln4hj: 3 tick is equal to 3 lights coming on . The tick can bug out so I always go when the 3rd light comes on

santadesert_official: And now this is the best version of the build. :) But I would still play with perks and mutations, but this is individual for everyone, I for example put 40% movement speed with two perks (Jaguar Speed and Squad Maneuvers). I like the zoom zoom. I also use the Twisted muscles mutation - we don't need weapon accuracy literally anywhere, not even on a snake, we are melee. It's up to each individual, but you've shown the basis of the build. By the way, if I want to run around with weapons, or go to events - I just take tesla with fury, it doesn't need accuracy.
