evacervantes1380: The electrified plasma cutter us incredibly strong melee weapon even for non melee builds. Non-melee spec WITHOUT the armor pen perk card can one shot anything weaker than a lvl 100 super mutant.

Dmaster2k: I say it every time you do one of these videos. You NEED to remove Number Cruncher before showing weapon mods as the AP changes will show as damage changes when the mod doesn't change weapon damage.

allenswayze4487: Yes i DO use the Plasma cutter .. or as i call it the dime store light saber... 1. it is a fast weapon, that is as compared to a sward or a powered sledge hammer...2. make it Vampiric, each hit heals you as well...3. use the flame damage as well, so each hit is lasting... 4. use the perk cards for one handed weapons... i have used it to take down Grafton monster with ease 4 or 5 hits , it is either a one or two hit super mutant killing machine, it works very well in the Daily Ops where you need to mealy kill the opposition.. it also has more les a stager type of effect .. or at least mine and my build seem to have that effect. all in all it is surprising, and better than or equal to the powered cattle prod.

BryanN24892: I use the plasma cutter. It's fun and very powerful, makes a wet fart type sound that I'm pretty sure enemies can hear because stealth is darn near impossible with it
