jamesanthony8438: What I did with my first character was run the missions between both Raiders and Settlers until it asked me to finally pick a side for the final raid. That way I got the stealth armor free, and then just split the gold between them to have good enough reputations to get what I wanted from both. =)

The one thing that I don't like about the stealth armor is that it doesn't count as a costume, so you have to switch outfits to access other players' trick or treat bowls, and you can't wear an outfit on top of it.

if anyone is looking for the Clean Tea Kettle Junk Item, i found one in the kitchen of The Brown House at Rapidan Camp in Skyline Valley. I didnt actually think this item was in the game :D. there is also a unique flip lighter and pocket watch on the table of the upstairs office too.
