With number cruncher demolition expert limb damage perks and scattershot i can put the true shield barrel and stock with stinging capacitors and the short night vision scope so i get around 44 ap cost. Then put (Two Shot. Explosive. Reload speed. And stabilizers) on it because explosiove will add onto the 75 percent damage two shot gives AND stacks with demolition expert so your gauss rifle will do around 1500 damage to the torso really good for someone that likes sniping from a distance Or lazily running around shooting things. And if the charged shot wont kill the crippling and stagger will let you shoot again

Happy they made another niche weapon type quite viable - I loved the grand finale when it worked (I think it is fixed now) so I am excited to earn this new one.
