bryanfaulkenburg462: If you actually pick up the ammo off dead enemies you'll never run out . The plasma caster is one weapon I always modify with Ultracite ammo . The ammo is heavy, even with batteries included perk . I hardly ever carry more than 7 to 800 so the ammo box is a must in my opinion.

Zaldrosi: I love one trick pony builds in concept/theory, but in practice they are hard to switch between in game due to the limits of fallout 76 perk/legendary perk systems, so I tend to want a generalist build.

Paul-ng4jx: This is my main go to gun for practically everything whenever I use all my buffs including it’s bloody and explosive on top of it I can do about 315 damage for energy and normal damage and sometimes I’m getting criticals up to 1500 per shot but I’m running it as bloody explosive not sure what I have for the third legendary but my fourth legendary is polished. That’s how I can do extra damage too because the gun breaks very slow

grumpyeagle7955: i run a similar build, human with plasma caster and gauss piatol for sbeaky encounters :p I do enjoy some rapid builds and still have to try a furious faster attackspeed chainsaw but this methodical approch feela a lit more rewarding o7.

Surgeplus: @AngryTurtle I think I have a build idea. Correct me if it was already done or if there's no interest in covering it. The idea is a Hybrid Bloodied/Furious build using the Onslought mechanics (but not reverse Onslought), commando perk cards, a Furious weapon on a character with low HP, and whatever perk cards will help it survive longer. Ghouls can't use Adrenal Reaction to its fullest, but they have other damage boosts working in their favor.

What do you think?

hoofhearted4: Plasma Caster is one of my favorite weapons in the game next to The Dragon (and infinitely more practical). I don't use PA and I'm not nearly as min/maxxed (mine has AA and no 4*). But it's still the strongest single shot weapon by far that I have. I'm constantly changing my build, usually every play sessions or two and I circle back to this frequently and find I stick with it longer than I do with other builds.

bekfistwolf8248: Ghouls definitely need something more if bethesda wants them to escape melee builds. A little extra special, vats accuracy, and damage thats stuck on a resource still isnt worth losing poison/fire res, and the consistent damage of a adrenal reaction/nerd rage with high rads

rbp65x: I’ve been running a similar build ,but since most enemies are one hit, I use Instigating, Vital, and Polished. Furious is 45% on the first shot and 40% on the second (assuming quick firing before the stacks regenerate).

Instigating is 100% on the first shot and 0% on the second. Any other advantages with either of those?

walterbison: I main a Plasma Caster and I object to it being called a sniper. I don't sneak around, I run around and shoot everything.

edit: You used to do EVERY video as a bloodied build which was not helpful to half your viewers. Now you're making every video as a ghoul, which is the same mistake. Most players are full health humans, those are the people you should be considering.
