voltic3676: I don't understand Nocturnal on PA. The activation time is so low, why would you commit a full set to it? The only reason is so you can run PA, which then you miss out on all the UNY bonuses if you would play the same without PA. What exactly are you gaining? The activation rate is so low. Imo, there's three endgame loops you are running. Raids, XP farming (west tek) and events. Raids and events lock out sneak activation like 90% of the time. For XP farming, nocturnal doesn't do anything. The only reason for Nocturnal is Power Armor VATS Chance when you can be cloaked, so nearly never in the endgame. The high AGI is nice but not game changing. What am i missing, other than it being an okay pick for PA?

Mmmmstew: The build needs work. Seems like anyone can do one of these guides now. Perception has nothing worth taking at all. For heavy gunner. Endurance has really bad cards in it meaning you can scrap them. Not a good build imo

francoisbiermann8737: One thing I have noticed is that when there is lag on the internet connection some of the perks, etc, does not activate.

Sometimes it's only do 500 dps to guardian, sometimes 1500 dps

Kubsov: is it really worth it to sacrifice heavy gunner perk cards level for stuff like Tormentor/Scattershot/Easy Target? The bonuses don't always trigger or just straight up don't work on some enemies as they can't be crippled
