LorstanAU: My 10 cents worth is that to help maximise the number of bonus page rewards you can have, concentrate on the free and cheapest rewards on the earlier pages. Bonus page is unlocked on number of rewards you claimed, not how expensive they were, so it makes the most efficient use of tickets.
