It was talking about the punch card machine issue with how stats were getting stuck/locked despite character adjustments and he showed how to fix them. You could CHOOSE to use that as an exploit...

oxillerate7992: I'm not the biggest fan of Mr WestTek but I don't think him farming XP from WestTek in game is problematic. We all know that level in Fallout 76 makes little difference. Personally I'm 1400 and I've had level 400 wipe the floor with me in PVP.

Not everyone gets to play as much as content creators or just people lucky enough to have the time to catch all the fish on day 1. We shouldn't let things like farming bosses for XP ruin the game for others. If Mr WestTek wants to be level 20k by killing super mutants, let him. Who cares? It's not like he's glitch farming the entire raid or anything.

If you're using an exploit to spam the game, you should expect Bethesda to ban you ...especially after them being crystal clear about using bugs to spam XP and items.

This happened at the VERY BEGINNING of the game with the hand grenade glitch...that was within like 2 weeks of the start.

seanpelletier: The reason bethesda doesnt like it, is cause you can get unlimited atoms from the end of the battle pass and buy everything in the atom shop.

linkloudenback8359: Angry Turtle wasn’t explaining an exploit or cheat. He was explaining that some of the perk cards were not working properly so he found that if he did this change between the profile using the card machine it would then cause the perks to properly work.

francescat.torres6168: Forgot to mention I don’t know that Angry Turtle should be banned, he wasn’t telling players to destabilize servers to get the glitch was he? I didn’t watch his entire video but remember thinking yeah I’m not doing that, he shouldn’t do those types of videos promoting glitches that could get his followers banned. Agreed streamers shouldn’t be promoting exploits to finish the season in one day.

But exploiters that are complaining they shouldn’t be banned for messing with servers, Bethesda has banned for a lot less in the past so it was to be expected.
