crimsondragonwu: It could have been a cool PvP event. One random player is selected every hour to be the Slasher. If they get a certain amount of kills with an instakill knife they get a reward. The surviving players get a reward. Fast travel is disabled and the event takes place in a certain radius. Players work together to utilize camps and natural defense points. Slasher gets buffed health and stationary stealth but always emits the laugh so you know he's nearby. Probably beyond what Bethesda could put together but another scavenger hunt isn't exactly exciting content.
