lastwolflord: Think I'm going to keep thru-hiker on my third star armor slot. That has more value than an extra 10% dodging attacks.

T-Clip-800: That's literally what I do, I combine it with more END (using Pemmican and 15 END lengendary perk) to have more elemental resistances, more AP, limb resistance and more HP so I can have 50% evade, 26% deflect and constent 80HP while at 15-13%

Also, grim reaper's sprint help me sustain my AP bar going down with evading

Special stats are very good as bloodied in this game

tt128556: I need that 3rd star for weight management, so 10% more evasion is not a good tradeoff for me personally.

DE_Charlie: I read that all cursed weapons are now rollable, is the experimental abraxo weapon now rollable?

TheTwoTwoForReal: This game is already bloated with perks and effects, only beaten by games like PoE. Litterally no reason to create builds and farm gear/weapons, since stuff gets changed every patch.

magerhert: Very good for "Bloodied"players, normally 1 bite from the dog and i was dead.

Only downside i think, we have to secrafice some weapons there we will miss out of some cards.

All together it works really good!

mjasax: Turtle you have to try this combo - nocturnal, powered, active, limit breaking 5 pieces. Over 800 ap which regenerates in 1 second (with rejuvenated 2, action boy 3, packing light). I can fire elders mark 100 shots in vats with no ap buffs, critting every 2nd shot. I find chameleon is a bit too situational for raids where you need to move around so I just pop a stealth boy or use power armour with stealth mod.

xHONKLERx: My PvP drill fist build is so tanky because of reflex and other perks 59% evade chance while sprinting!

Dead_Pool_Rising: Moving target is useless unless you are melee, even then it's not avtive most of the time. If they changed it to moving instead of sprinting, it would be worth using.

No_Splits: How does this work tanking the acid at snake? I get wrecked just standing in it for 3 seconds.
