FreeHackerRadio: The plans were not in the room for me. I've seen others say that you just need to server hop until it shows up - sounds reasonable. Although, after 4 hours of server hopping it has not shown up. I'm wondering if there is some other requirement that is being taken for granted here until it shows up ?
