Bethesda Just Quietly Announced STOPPING This Fallout 76 Update...

LandsWalker-w8s: I unfortunately had already stumbled upon this article, I think it's very tragic that we wouldn't get essentially DLC's for the game, I have nothing else to do in the game besides grind and get every plan, and grinding is exhausting, I really wish they would add an entirely new storyline, perhaps they could finish the Burning springs storyline or maybe the enclave can make a appearance in skyline valley or perhaps they could expand the map into Virginia and we get a entirely new region to explore.

tsmith7008: While Vulcan armor is "In Map", Union armor is achievable via expeditions SOLO.

SkylineGTR06: I like how Bethesda could have patched the grenades at any time but decided to do it after the infestation challenge

YosefKohkenbahleks: I was kinda hoping for a new Expedition area. The Pitt takes a while to complete, so the rewards aren't quite worth it. And Atlantic City is so easy to blitz that it's boring. I was hoping for an Expedition that was a happy medium. Fun, not too long, good loot.

sb2x13: 0:28 love the glasses! Haven't seen a pair of them in a looonggg time

Oldenfox64: Expeditions are something I honestly keep forgetting to do because of how my daily grind is when i logg in. If their going to add anything just put it on the main map where most players are usually, there are a few spots for them to put new events in the Skyline valley.

SkaerKrow: Good. Expeditions hog a stupid amount of development resources. Better to focus on more raids, or dungeons to prep players for said raids. They could even resemble expeditions (the new raid might take place in DC, for example), but instead of a mini-world space, it’s just an open air instance with more focus on a linear experience.

Destro517: I bet they put a rust deathclaw or a glowing deathclaw in the next season or in the shop

randommusings3304: Me? All I want from 76 at this point is a return of “Nuclear Winter “ ( we never got to see the Harper’s ferry map before it was pulled ) , and,

I would like to see a custom world space as close as possible to the original beta/ pre-wastelanders especially if it can only be entered as a new character.. things have changed sooo much since then, and too few have any idea just how challenging the east side of the map originally was for lower level characters.. You were really experiencing a requiem of the end…, in the empty world 25 years after the bombs fell.

zioneer6422: Thanks for energy and good vibe always! Regards from Puerto Rico Brother!

darthlocklan6388: Did they ever fix that disappearing Power Armor issue? I'd love to put that BoS Protector skin on my T-65 but I'm too scared to drop it down onto a PA Station.

DeflatedLemon: I totally agree with you!!

jscrub6232: come on 500!

AlphaLegionTacticoolRetard: Just went and claimed it. Thanks for that

BrianJShinall: I logged in, I got it. Thanks for the heads up ️

eprofengr6670: Very good questions by Rifle Gaming about what brings people to games of Fallout and what would the players like to see. As a way to explore these questions, how about we use some recent features in Fallout 76, and the assumed context of a player being an immersed character in the wastelands? One example of Fallout 76 is infestations which can be EITHER interesting in various ways, or boring, or confusing if a player (immersive character) does not ask questions as to how or why or who might be causing the infestations. For example they can be very interesting and even horrifying or amusing, if there is you (player) who has your own (immersive character's) interest, or at least a showing of effort and the seeking of a possible reward of knowledge or solution for trying to find out as to why, or how, or who, or where the infestations are happening. That main issue (of immersion and the curiosity of asking questions of solving a problem )seems to be overlooked, and if there is prompting to the players to figure out what is going on with the infestations, then it can actually help in the story lines of Fallout 76. There should also be a constant reminder to all players that as an immersive character they should be focusing on rebuilding America, and learning advanced technology, and not only focus on shooting, looting and making temporary shacks. For example, Are the players (immersed characters) just supposed to constantly being in a ground hog day of doing the same things over and over? When you think about it, the overall storylines in Fallout 4 were more obvious than what is in Fallout 76, since in Fallout 4 there were various focal points that included making settlements from scratch, seeking a lost person, and trying to rebuild what was lost like family, memories, and social connections, and favorite tools or weapons. Whereas the storylines in Fallout 76 have some potential but they are not always obvious, nor are they always even encouraged, and instead there is a heavy encouragement to be somewhat hyper and in a mindset like Fortnite or an elaborate game of Donkey Kong. That is not to say there is no hope for Fallout 76 and it can have various good stories, but there seems to be less encouraging of careful plausible lore, and less focus on in depth story telling in Fallout 76 as compared to Fallout 4. There can be various ways to improve Fallout 76 which for some may be highly controversial, like the idea of improving story lines may require putting much less emphasis on "play - pay to win" game purchases. Ideally, there should be other ways to make money by the developer than what appears to be heavy pressure on "play - pay to win" purchases, and the heavy encouragement to be hyper, rather than to be immersed into the story, and to be focused on human dilemmas. And another idea to improve the storylines includes the encouragement to focus on rebuilding America, rooting out communism and corruption, and seeking very advanced technology in the game, rather just collecting old technology like seems to be the obsession of Brotherhood of Steel, which could be a lessen in itself on the dangers of the hoarding and expecting old technology or any technology to save you. On a philosophy level in story telling, what about an alternative to the Brotherhood Steel, such as what about the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of Flesh and Spirit, who may be more obsessed with improving human life, and ethics, and learning, rather than trying to collect massive amounts of property or only on seeking technology? For there to be more mindful entertainment and plausible storylines in Fallout 76, it seems there needs to be more focus on details of human dilemmas and on the motivations of the humans and even the new creatures in the wastelands, and on what each living creature is trying to do in not only survival but also for seeking quality of life and in seeking goals of rebuilding civilization. And there should be more of a focus of the player (immersive character) on questions of what, or how or who is motivating each human and creature, and even each alien, and each orginization and each faction. What do you think?

xsphere9003: I hope we could get a scorch beast as a pet.

drdeath4730: Love the glasses RG

RealZFactory: Raids raids never change

codifrancisco4351: I want an edde bot that can be a portable stash box or armor or weapon repair bench

bigfat3443: I love looking up something for a game and finding one of your old videos.

IanAwfuls: I love how you put those glasses to trigger us to comment on the video (it worked obviously )

Destro517: The wastelander wanderer outfit still one of the best outfits they put in

iamgeminijoker: looking fit brother, good work

MasterUtilityCS2: So if the game already takes 20 seconds to load when going to a public event, I can't imagine when everyone has a pet around...

Ecchievements: I missed the suit im so happy they did this

SmEiF-: That doesnt mean they wont add new areas to the map. We got room to expand still
