I truly tried to make this game fun and the only chase there is is modding out a gun/your armor to be as broken as possible, which will cost you thousands of caps and unbelievable grind for the reward to be that you can kill enemies faster. Who fucking cares about killing this absolute brain-dead AI faster? The AI in this game is bad that anything with a gun in many indoor areas instantly knows your exact location, but will spend huge amounts of time shooting the walls from wherever they're located in relation to yourself; it's like they're all convinced they've got FMJ rounds, which you'd think literal plasma weaponry wouldn't have too much issue burning through some sometimes wooden walls, but no, there's zero destruction so they pointlessly shoot endlessly, and you often have to go to them to kill them. And some enemies are just straight up broken, like the alien in the power armor - I've taken photos with them because it's just so funny seeing them just stare at you while you stand in front of them. Fuck Bethesda for this game taking any amount of dev time away from something that could've been good, but honestly, maybe this is all they're capable of now.
